The Dzongkhag Administration conducted a half-day Orientation Program for the CCOs of the 14 Gewogs in the New DT Hall today, following their regularization by RCSC. In their address to the participants, both Dasho Dzongdag and Dasho Dzongrab reiterated the critical importance of their roles at the Gewog level, emphasizing their function as one-stop focal persons for delivering services and guiding the public.
Dashos also underscored the need to keep pace with digital advancements and encouraged the officials to engage in continuous self-learning rather than waiting for formal training opportunities.
The Dzongkhag Human Resource Section oriented the participants on civil service rules and regulations, the code of conduct, and other HR-related matters. The program concluded with the officials completing their service books for office record keeping.
