An Orientation Program for New B.Ed. Graduates was successfully conducted on 9 February 2026, with 15 newly recruited teachers (13 General and 2 SEN Dzongkha).
The program was graced by Dasho Dzongdag, Mongar Dzongkhag Administration, who shared insights on the evolving civil service landscape and ongoing reforms, emphasizing integrity, professionalism, commitment, and turning challenges into opportunities while striving for excellence. Dasho also highlighted the importance of Bhutanese culture and traditions, discipline, teamwork, digital competencies for 21st-century education, holistic learning, nurturing individual talents, and positive youth development for nation-building. The session also included briefings by the Chief Dzongkhag Education Officer on teachersโ code of conduct and ethics, and by the Dzongkhag Human Resource Office on the latest Bhutan Civil Service Rules.
