Welcoming New Members to the Family The Dzongkhag welcomed 11 new teachers to its civil service fraternity today. Dasho Dzongrab, in his opening remarks, congratulated the teachers for their achievement and thanked them for choosing to serve the nation as a whole and Mongar Dzongkhag in particular. Dasho also touched upon other important topics including the need to serve the nation with utmost dedication and the need to be exemplary human beings. The day long orientation program covered civil service code of conduct, HR related matters, vacancy of teachers in different schools and the placement among the schools. They were placed in different Higher Secondary and Middle Schools based on need. Prior to their appointment, they have undergone 18 months of PG training in Samtse and Paro Colleges.
The Dzongkhag extends its warmest welcome to the newest members and wishes them success in their future endeavours.
