On June 14, 2024, the Department of Surface Transport (DoST) from the Regional Office Lingmethang presented on the Handing/Taking of Dzongkhag Roads and related issues concerning the GC road. This presentation took place in the presence of Dasho Dzongdag, Thrizin, Gups, and the engineers of Monggar Dzongkhag.
