Today, Mr. Paras Adhikari officially joins us as the Assistant Economic Development and Marketing Officer, after successfully completing his three-month Foundation in Technical Training (FIT) program at the Royal Institute of Management. He holds a Bachelor's degree in BSc. Sustainable Development from the College of Natural Resources and has previously contributed his talents to the Tourism Council of Bhutan.
During a special onboarding session, Dasho Dzongdag highlighted the vital importance of his role, especially as our nation moves forward with a renewed focus on economic development. Dasho encouraged personal initiative and commitment to excellence. Similarly, Dasho Dzongrab inspired him to embrace a positive attitude and adaptability as he embarks on this new journey.
