The second cohort of RIGSS Mobile Leadership Training

The second cohort of RIGSS Mobile Leadership Training commenced today (01/09/2024) at Kidheykhar HSS with opening remarks from Dasho Dzongdag and introductory remarks from the RIGSS Director, Dasho Chewang Rinzin. More than 200 participants from diverse sub-agencies within the Dzongkhag including employees from the Dzongkhag Administration, Gewogs, schools, regional offices, and corporations came to attend the training.

Today's session covered two topics: Cultivating Mindfulness and Emotional Intelligence for Effective Leadership and Leadership and Followership.
