The Dudjom Tercham, the treasuere dances of Chabje Dudjom Rinpoche, is performed at Kadam Ngayab Yoesel Choeling Gonpa in Mongar during the ninth month of the Bhutanese calendar, from the 20th to the 22nd day, coinciding with Lhabab Duechen. This three-day event integrates Dudjom Terchams such as Betshara, Saduel Droloe, Drong Cham and others, alongside Peling Terchams like Drametse Ngacham and Raksha Mangcham. Guru Tshengye, Zhana Ngacham and a few other dances performed in annual tshechus are also performed here but with a slight difference.

Dudjom Terchams are introduced by Dudjom Rinpoche as a source of spiritual empowerment, to spread peace and harmony and is dedicated to benefiting all sentient beings. The different Terchams have different meanings and significance like cleansing spectators of afflictive emotions and misconceptions that cause suffering, providing protection against internal and external evil forces, creating a protective barrier, driving away harmful spirits and ensuring safety for the local area and its inhabitants, conveying spiritual messages that transform minds, fostering peace, harmony, and spiritual growth among the spectators.

The Late Kadam Lama Karma Wangdi initiated the annual Dudjom Tercham in Kadam Goenpa for the long life of His Majesty the King and the Royal Family, wellbeing and prosperity of the people, and peace and harmony in the country.
