Mongar Dzongkhag selected our strongman (Ngagoe) to compete in the Ngagoe Dhendur to be held during the National Day Celebration on December 17.
The event was conducted on November 3, 2024, at the Mongar Middle Secondary School football ground. Lobzang Kuenga from Tsakaling Gewog is the winner, followed by Yeshi Dorji, also from Tsakaling Gewog. The third position was begged by Cheten Zangpo from Dramedtse Gewog.
Out of 23 registered participants, 5 top winners were awarded the prize money, and Mongar Dzongkhag would like to congratulate all the participants and wish our Ngagoe Lobzang Kuenga all the best for the upcoming National Level Strongman Competition.
