Mongar Dzongkhag has warmly welcomed 22 newly appointed teachers and one teacher on transfer to its family. The placement of these teachers was carried out in close consultation with relevant authorities and the teachers themselves, ensuring a strategic distribution based on school-specific needs and individual ranking in the BCSE.
To facilitate a smooth transition, the Education Sector organized a placement and orientation program for the new recruits. During this session, the Dzongkhag Human Resource Officer (HRO) provided a comprehensive briefing on HR policies, civil service rules, and the professional code of conduct. This initiative aimed to equip the teachers with the necessary knowledge and understanding of their roles and responsibilities within the education system.
The Officiating Dzongda formally welcomed the new teachers to Mongar Dzongkhag, extending heartfelt congratulations on their successful selection through the civil service examination. In his address, he underscored the importance of serving with commitment, dedication, and integrity to enhance the quality of education in Mongar and to uphold the aspirations of His Majesty the King.
