The Dzongkhag Administration is delighted to extend a heartfelt welcome to the latest addition to our close-knit family, Mr. Lobzang Dorji, who has recently joined us as a Civil Registration Assistant. Before joining the agency, he underwent a comprehensive Induction Program facilitated by the Ministry of Home and Affairs (MoHA), which has equipped him with the necessary knowledge and skills to thrive in his new role. We look forward to witnessing Mr. Dorji's positive impact and contributions to the Dzongkhag.
