On 28th June 2024, a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) was signed between the Dzongkhag Administration Monggar and WECARE to outsource solid waste management and town cleaning activities. The MoU was signed in the presence of Dasho Dzongdag, Dasho Dzongrab, and the staff of the municipal service section. In line with the MoU, WECARE will begin collecting solid waste and initiating cleaning activities in the LAP areas starting from 1st July 2024.
