This is to notify all the land owners, lease holders, custodians of government institutions, corporations and relevant stakeholders that the first public consultation meeting for the review of Local Area Plan for Changshingpek, Naling and Kadam will be held on 10th February, 2023 at Old DT Hall, Mongar.
Therefore, all relevant stakeholders are requested to attend the meeting without fail at 10:00 AM sharp. However, with the restriction in the movement, if plot owners are not able to proceed for demarcation, we would like to request each plot owner to authorize their representative to be present without fail and any issues related to LAPs shall not be entertained after the consultation meeting.
