On this joyous occasion of the 9th Birth Anniversary of His Royal Highness Gyalsey Jigme Namgyel Wangchuck, Mongar Dzongkhag joins the nation in extending our heartfelt felicitations and prayers for His Royal Highness’s long life and good health.
