The Monggar Dzongkhag Administration welcomes two new members to the family: an ICT Officer and a Principal DEO who joined the Dzongkhag yesterday. Principal DEO Kunzang was promoted and transferred from Sarpang Dzongkhag, while ICT Officer Sonam Chophel was previously attached with GovTech before joining the Dzongkhag. The Dzongkhag extends a hearty welcome to both new members.
