The first cohort of RIGSS Mobile Leadership Training came to an end today (30/08/2024) with the awarding of course completion certificate to 202 participants. During the 3-day session, the RIGSS Team led by the RIGSS Director Dasho Chewang Rinzin trained public servants under the Dzongkhag on essential leadership skills that contribute to professional excellence. Some important topics covered include Cultivating Mindfulness and Emotional Intelligence for Effective Leadership, Leadership and Followership, Effective Communication Skills, Organizational Culture, AI and Prompt for ChatGPT and Professionalism and Mindset in Public Service.
The Dzongkhag extends its congratulations to all the participants and heartfelt gratitude to Team RIGSS.
The second cohort will happen at Kidheykhar HSS starting 1st September 2024.
