Dzongkhag Livestock Sector, Monggar Dzongkhag Administration hereby notify the general public of Mongar that the Lumpy Skin Disease(LSD) outbreak in cattle is confirmed in all geogs under Monggar Dzongkhag. LSD is a viral disease caused by LSD virus from family of Poxviridae.
