DESCRIPTION:A Disaster Management meeting was held at the Mongar Dzongkhag 
 DT Hall on 15th May 2025. During the opening remarks\, Dasho Dzongdag stre
 ssed the importance of adopting a CEO-like mindset to help realize the "De
 velop Bhutan by 2030" vision. Dasho also directed regional and sector head
 s\, corporate leaders\, agency heads\, and representatives from various in
 stitutions to maintain weekly and daily plans to ensure productive and eff
 icient outcomes.\nThe meeting primarily focused on contingency planning an
 d disaster response strategies\, with particular emphasis on earthquakes\,
  considered one of the most severe potential threats to Bhutan. To reduce 
 damage and ensure an effective response\, responsibilities were assigned b
 ased on the strengths and capacities of sectors\, institutions\, agencies\
 , and corporations within Mongar Dzongkhag.
